Clients can park directly in front of the shop on Gympie Rd or use available spaces on Hall St.

Our shop is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair-friendly.

  • Bring Proper Undergarments. Wear or bring the undergarments you plan to wear with the outfit (especially for bridal and formal wear) for accurate fitting.
  • Bring Accessories. If your outfit includes belts, sashes, jewelry, or other accessories, bring them for a complete look during fitting.
  • Wear the Right Shoes. If your outfit requires specific shoes (like heels or boots), bring them along for precise hemming and adjustments.
  • Avoid Heavy Makeup.To prevent stains on delicate fabrics, avoid heavy makeup during fittings.
  • Note Any Desired Changes. Think about any specific changes or adjustments you’d like so nothing gets missed during the appointment.

Standard alterations typically requires 3 to 14 business days. 

Bridal alterations generally take 6 to 10 weeks.
